Nana Creme is designed for those with restrictive or alternative diets but it does not skimp on flavor: the natural and creamy consistency is achieved by using frozen banana as a thickening agent, eliminating the need for artificial ingredients and creating allergy-friendly, non-dairy, vegan ice cream. Gina Klafeta, chef and owner of Nana Creme, hand packs each pint and making all the thickly cut mix-ins from scratch.
