The Minnesota Center for Book Arts announces Clifton
Meador as the winner of its 2013 Prize for his five-part series, “A Repeated Misunderstanding of Nature.”
In Meador’s volumes, an invented and confused professorial lecture unravels on
accordion-style pages. Autumnal landscapes take center-stage as the narrator
contends with his relationship to the natural world.
