Elizabeth Millard, co-founder of Minnesota C.S.A. Bossy Acres, is in The New York Times this week for her inspiring work in urban farming. Her new book  “Indoor Kitchen Gardening: Turn Your Home Into a Year-Round Vegetable Garden” is out now from Cool Springs Press.
