World, we have a winner. The eighth annual Tales of the Cocktail event handed out the Spirited Awards this past weekend in New Orleans. Two Chicago hot spots triumphed: the new tiki-inspired Three Dots and a Dash took home Best New American Cocktail Bar, and the raved-about favorite The Aviary won World’s Best Cocktail Menu, beating out bars in New York, San Francisco and London.
