last installment of our series about Public Functionary, a new Minneapolis art gallery, we see the
staff’s hard work pay off with the opening night for its first exhibit, “DZINE:
Victory.”
At
opening night, guests mingled amongst the artist’s dazzling artwork and danced
to the energetic beats of the DJ.
